Education CSR programmes

This year, the #Morethanfootball Action Weeks have created a special campaign agenda. The 27th of March is dedicated to educational community and social responsibility programmes. 

Organisations are invited to link their #Morethanfootball Action Weeks activities to the official #Morethanfootball agenda.

On the 27th of March, clubs, foundations, community trusts, leagues and FA’s are invited to showcase their educational programmes that provide opportunities to local people for education and employment. Football organisations across Europe deliver a vast variety of programmes that aim to improve the motivation, confidence and self-esteem of people on the courses and help to create life-changing opportunities as they are supported in improving their employability prospects. Often, the educational and employment programmes target all ages and societal groups. Local people are provided with routes into various education, employment and training opportunities.
