FC Red Bull Salzburg is #Morethanfootball

Recently, FC Red Bull Salzburg launched a new area on their website, which is solely dedicated to the topic of Social Responsibility at FC Red Bull Salzburg.

In the field of Social Responsibility, FC Red Bull Salzburg has completed a number of projects in recent years adressing social areas as; integration, tolerance, education, health and accessibility. This is being realised together with fans, the team, sponsors and partners plus various stakeholders.

They initiated, as a club, for example the FC Red Bull Salzburg in your school education programme and support various project cooperations with regional schools and educational institutions.

FC Red Bull Salzburg has also run a school-leaving exam project with the NeumarktBusiness School, playing an active role in helping school students to learn to plan and complete a practical project. Red Bull Salzburg would like to support more of these kinds of projects in the future.

Together with their main sponsor Red Bull, they regularly support all the campaigns of the Wings for Life Foundation. The biggest international charity event in the world, the Wings for Life World Run, has been promoted by our player Andreas Ulmer as an ambassador, and the club have support this as best they can. They dedicate an entire match day to the Wings for Life Foundation to raise awareness of its goals.

They are also particularly proud of having very active fan clubs who are constantly creating and completing charitable projects with great dedication and passion. The club has its own dedicated web page for the hard-working fan clubs on which they inform about current and future projects.

This year’s Charity Day at the Red Bull Arena (26th match of the Austrian Bundesliga v FK Austria Vienna) gives the opportunity to present a new area of the website dedicated to the topic of social engagement. The club will report on activities in the areas of integration, tolerance, education, accessibility and fan engagement here.
