Legia Warsaw Holds Training Session for Legia Ladies and Local Special Olympics Club

Legia Warsaw opened their training ground doors to host a training session for the Legia Ladies and a group of girls from the local Special Olympics club. The club used the occasion as yet another opportunity to promote their participation in the #Morethanfootball campaign.

Legia Ladies is the first female football team of Legia Warsaw in the hundred-year history of the club. The team was created and now operates as part of the LegiaSoccerSchools project. They shared a training session with the girls of a local Special Olympics club, some of whom actually participated in the 2019 Abu Dhabi Special Olympics World Games.

Both captains wore #Morethanfootball arm bands during the training session. They kept the bands hoping to continue wearing them in their upcoming matches.

Legia Warsaw continues its inspiring #Morethanfootball campaign with another powerful initiative. And the Action Weeks are not over yet!
