Focus on ‘Walk & Talk’, Links Park Community Trust’s innovative initiative

Walk & talk

Links Park Community Park’s innovative ‘Walk & Talk‘ initiative, developed and delivered in association with Paths for All, supports adults of all ages (and abilities) to lead healthier and happier lives!

Walking is a great form of low intensity exercise with lots of benefits; it’s free, it’s a great social experience and can have a huge impact on both our physical and mental health.

With various walk lengths planned, lasting no longer than an hour, with trained walk leaders, Links Park Community Trust have started a new walking (and social) group in Montrose with the aim to encourage more people to become active and stay active through walking. Walks will finish with a cuppa at Links Park Stadium!
