SV Waldhof Mannheim 07 is a sports club from Mannheim whose first soccer team played in the Bundesliga from 1983 to 1990. The club from the Waldhof district has around 2,100 members and became known for its once excellent youth work: SV Waldhof Mannheim has produced several national players with Bernd Förster, Karlheinz Förster, Jürgen Kohler, Maurizio Gaudino, Uwe Rahn and Christian Wörns. Today the blue-blacks from the north of Mannheim play in the 3rd division, but still manage to attract several thousand spectators to their home games in the Carl Benz stadium in the Mannheim district of Neuostheim.

Waldhof is very engaged with its fanbase and equally committed to its fulfilling its responsibilities to society as a football club. The club’s biggest focus is on stadium accessibility for handicapped individuals.
