Health CSR programmes
This year, the #Morethanfootball Action Weeks have created a special campaign agenda. The 7th of April focuses on health CSR programmes.
Organisations are invited to link their Action Weeks activities to the official #Morethanfootball agenda. For each day of the Action Weeks, the #Morethanfootball agenda pre-selects a topic of social relevance.
The 7th of April is dedicated to the importance of health and well-being. The day provides organisations with the possibility to showcase the great work they are doing on a local, national and intentional level through delivering responsive and multi-dimensional programmes that tackle a range of identified and emerging public health challenges. Through these programmes, the foundations seek to reach audiences in a range of preventative, rehabilitation and health improvement initiatives. Health and wellbeing CSR programmes work best with people over the age of 35, providing support, education and activities to increase physical strength and overall health, as well providing support for those with dementia, helping create happier and healthier people in our communities.
