In this copy, hide your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone; the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and citizen service number (BSN) by blocking this information out in black. This is to protect your privacy. EFDN will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than within four weeks. Immediately, after your request has been processed, EFDN will destroy the received copy of your identity document.
EFDN cannot approve your request in the following cases:

- if it concerns a request that EFDN are legally not required to comply with
- if EFDN need your personal data for the execution of the agreement EFDN have with you
